13th Polar Bear Run - January 28
This Polar Bear started from the same location the first one did 15 years ago - yes, we missed a couple of them because of weather. We began at the BP station at the intersection of Routes 10 and 106, crossed the Benjamin Harrison Bridge and then journeyed to West Point where we stopped for a break. Next we headed to the Gloucester area where we stopped and shopped at Marketplace Antiques. After shopping we enjoyed an all you can eat buffet at Ginny's for only $6.99 a person. The food was great and there was plenty of variety. After lunch we shopped at an indoor outdoor flea market on Route 17. Temperature got up into the 60s and the sky was sunny all day. We had 70 participants driving vehicles from the 1930s to the 2000s. Close this window to return to the CCCCVA website. If you need help click the "Help" in the lower right.
